If you or your family have been impacted by the recent flood in San Angelo and surrounding area, Concho Valley Together will work side by side with you to help identify challenges and potential barriers you may be facing as your move through the recovery/rebuilding process.

Concho Valley Together is where local people are helping local neighbors.  Completing the intake will help to:

  • Understand where you are in the recovery process
  • Identify challenges or potential barriers you are facing
  • Help our team develop a plan specific to your needs

 

Assisting individuals and families that have been impacted with:

Recovery Plan - Every household's needs are different.  A case manager will help you create a plan tailored to your situation.

Access to Resources - Case managers know what assistance is available - financial help, repairs, household goods, and more. 

Advocacy & Support - Case managers can guide and assit you through paperwork and connect you with agencies that can help. 

Long Term Stability - Beyond immediate needs case management helps you build resilience for the future.
