Who We Are

OUR GOAL:

To strenghten our community in times of crisis and ensure our region has the networks and systems in place to respond rapidly and effectively in times of disaster.

HOW WE ACCOMPLISH OUR GOAL:

Community Organizations Active in Disaster work together before, during, and after disasters to prepare response plans, coordinate resources, and assist neighbors facing crisis across the Concho Valley and surrounding region. While the July 4, 2025 disaster response helped strengthen this coordinated effort, the work of Concho Valley Together is not limited to one event or one community. As a Long-Term Recovery Group, Concho Valley Together supports individuals, families, and communities impacted by disasters throughout our region, helping connect local needs with available resources, volunteers, partner agencies, and long-term recovery support. This collaborative partnership is committed to ensuring that no one faces the aftermath of a disaster alone. Through coordinated support, shared resources, and compassionate outreach, Concho Valley Together assists individuals and families impacted by disasters with:

  • Identifying unmet needs and connecting residents with available recovery resources
  • Helping individuals and families navigate recovery services and available aid
  • Supporting rebuilding, repair, and household recovery efforts when resources are available
  • Coordinating volunteer support, donations, and community-based assistance

By uniting local organizations, volunteers, and funding sources, the LTRG provides sustained, compassionate support to those most affected, reinforcing the strength and resilience of the Concho Valley community.
