Compassion Meets Crisis
Concho Vallety Together is helping to come alongside communities in our region facing disaster. The scale of damage over the past several years due to catostrophic events is staggering. Homes, businesses and lives have been disruted - many permanenetly. Supporing today is the fuel needed for us to extend our reach, unlocking additional resources for neighbors in need, and stand strong together.
The San Angelo Area Foundation is the charity chosen by our city, county, non-profit partners, along with the COAD and LTRG to manange the processing of charitable donations and grants being paid out.
How are funds used:
- Emergency grants to cover immediate housing repairs, temporary shelter, and utilities.
- Long-term repair: roof work, foundation, electrical, plumbing, mold remediation.
- Support and case management for individuals & families to navigate available aid (FEMA, state, non-profit)
- Assistance for local small businesses impacted, so livelihoods are not lost.
